At Orthofeet®, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your complete satisfaction with our footwear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide easy returns and exchanges to help you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Return Type

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unworn or trial-tested shoes in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
